The classes involve learning adavus (fundamental steps), margam or the traditional Bharatanatyam compositions, theory, and rhythm (Nattuvangam) based on the learning stage of the student.
I also conduct reading sessions where students can develop a deeper understanding of Bharatanatyam’s history and evolution as well as mythological stories to develop their imagination.
I encourage students to perform at cultural events and temples and also undergo grade examinations.
I provide opportunities for students to attend workshops, lecture demonstrations, and webinars to broaden their artistic horizons.
